What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead clinical research or laboratory operations where I can guide regulated study execution, develop teams, improve workflows, and partner directly with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

At KCAS Bio, I lead scientific and operational delivery across 15 active clinical studies for six sponsor relationships, coordinating laboratory execution, sample and data workflows, technical troubleshooting, and client-facing deliverables.

I translate study requirements into execution plans, chair client meetings, forecast demand, and allocate resources across competing priorities. I manage a direct report, coordinate 3–4 scientists and analysts, and review scientific work supporting hundreds of clinical samples each month.

My background includes regulated vaccine and biopharmaceutical programs at Merck and Sanofi Pasteur, where I supported Varicella bulk vaccine manufacturing, analytical R&D, clinical-trial activities, flow cytometry monitoring, investigations, and quality-focused laboratory operations.

I've also built operations in startup and project environments, co-founding a healthcare services company and managing construction teams. I bring practical leadership in method development, SOPs, validation, CAPAs, global harmonization, and GLP/GMP-compliant process improvement.
