What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead SaaS onboarding and implementation work that helps customers reach adoption quickly through strong training, repeatable processes, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

At CLO Virtual Fashion, I lead end-to-end SaaS onboarding from kickoff and requirements gathering through configuration, go-live, and adoption. I track usage, KPIs, and MAU, proactively re-engage at-risk accounts, and deliver tailored rollout frameworks, training, documentation, and playbooks.

I've also managed product releases, fit sessions, production approvals, and teams across fashion product development. I collaborate with global product, R&D, and engineering teams, and bring fluent English and Portuguese communication across time zones.
