What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer success or implementation role where I can guide AI SaaS customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion while using automation to improve customer outcomes.

At IP.TV, I guide enterprise and SMB customers through AI SaaS implementation, onboarding, training, and structured go-lives, including a public-sector engagement with the Government of the State of São Paulo.

I keep customers growing through proactive support, QBR-style review cadences, feature education, and customer-health tracking. I focus on adoption, churn risk, time to first value, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities.

I also run live training and help build enablement systems so non-technical teams can confidently adopt content-generation and conversational-avatar platforms. As the primary liaison between customers and product teams, I turn customer needs into action.

Alongside my customer work, I built and operate Oceânica, a digital-first DTC apparel brand. I use AI and automation across content, paid media, and conversion optimization, and I’m comfortable working autonomously across time zones.
