What I'm looking for

I want to lead distributed teams that move fast, maintain tight quality standards, and ship real automation. I’ll own delivery and contributor training, and build agentic pipelines to make workflows reliable and scalable.

I’m a Project Team Lead with 3+ years of experience running distributed, worldwide contributor teams on AI training and data annotation programmes at Scale AI. At Scale AI, I owned delivery across global workforces, built quality systems to keep output accurate and consistent, and trained contributors across diverse backgrounds and time zones.

I know how to keep distributed teams aligned when things move fast and standards can’t slip. I ran structured audits, identified error patterns, pushed corrective processes back into production, and produced reporting that tracked KPIs across concurrent workstreams while refining workflows with global project managers.

Outside of my operational role, I build AI agents and automation pipelines from scratch. I’ve shipped a multi-agent CrewAI system in Python and an n8n invoice automation pipeline with Claude API, and I also built an AI-powered assessment tool end-to-end—blending leadership with hands-on engineering to make teams faster and outputs dependable.
