What I'm looking for

I seek remote or relocated roles where I can lead teams, improve AI training datasets, and combine technical execution with operations and KPI-driven coaching.

I am a results-driven team lead, entrepreneur, and data professional with hands-on experience delivering AI/ML training data, managing remote support operations, and building small tech ventures. I combine technical skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL and data tooling with practical leadership in KPI design, workforce planning, and SOP implementation.

I have contributed annotation and validation work to large-scale Generative AI projects (Meta Omni7, RWS Diamond), built dashboards and reporting to improve support KPIs, and led development teams to deliver web and mobile solutions. I also run multi-site ventures where I manage staffing, training, P&L, and customer experience improvements.

I hold certifications in data engineering fundamentals, Python and JavaScript essentials, and interpretation (ALTA OPI/VRI). I am fluent in English and Swahili, open to relocation and remote roles, and focused on opportunities where I can combine technical execution with team leadership to improve AI datasets and customer-facing operations.
