I am looking for a remote customer support role that allows me to grow and utilize my communication skills.

I'm a positive and motivated student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Special Education and Rehabilitation, specializing in Hearing Impairment. My experience in customer-facing roles has equipped me with a clear and empathetic communication style, which I believe is essential in providing excellent customer support.

Throughout my employment history, I have honed my skills in multitasking and staying organized under pressure. My roles as a Sales Assistant and Retail Stocker have allowed me to develop a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
