I partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to turn skills into practical expectations for hiring, performance, and development.

I've built Camunda's leadership development approach from the ground up, including the Manager Acceleration Program and the company's first shared leadership standard. I scaled the program to 120+ managers with 100% participation, 95% manager confidence, and an NPS of 9/10, while building a manager community for peer learning and shared problem-solving.

Previously at Otter, I reduced Account Executive onboarding from eight weeks to two by centering hands-on practice and real selling scenarios. I build scalable learning ecosystems, performance support, and AI-powered resources that people actually want to use.
