What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can build AI into HR work end-to-end—ATS, analytics, learning, and automation—with measurable outcomes and real adoption across people teams.

I don’t advise on AI—I build it into the work. I design and deploy AI-powered systems end-to-end inside the HR function, ensuring what I ship is practical for real people teams and built for adoption at scale.

As Global People & Culture Leader at Trialfacts (fully remote), I built the People function from scratch with an AI-first approach. I created an AI-powered ATS with AI-driven CV screening, interview evaluation, and hiring forecasting (with real-time Slack notifications), deployed DailyBot chatbots for engagement pulses and feedback, and automated HR operations end-to-end with Zapier and AI—onboarding, compliance tracking, workforce planning, and employee communications.

My work ties directly to measurable outcomes: labor efficiency improved from $1.16 to $3.81, retention moved from 68% to 100%, and L&D adoption reached 100%. Previously as Sr. People & Culture Manager at PT&T Telco & IT Services, I led rapid scale across a regulated environment, pioneered AI-led L&D using HeyGen, and delivered auditable, compliant performance management and learning frameworks—while keeping operational output strong through COVID-19 with remote-first, digitally enabled people processes.
