What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to provide empathetic support, engage with individuals in crisis, and contribute to a positive team environment focused on mental health and well-being.

I am a dedicated social work student with hands-on experience in education and customer service. Currently pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work at William Paterson University, I am passionate about providing empathetic, trauma-informed support to individuals in crisis. My goal is to leverage my strong communication skills and crisis management abilities in a role as a 988 Chat & Text Counselor.

In my current position as a Chat & Text Support Representative at AT&T, I deliver high-quality customer support, resolving various issues while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments. My previous experience as a Call Center Representative and Substitute Teacher has equipped me with the skills to manage challenging interactions, adapt to diverse needs, and foster positive relationships with clients and students alike.
