I've supported addiction recovery and residential care at Center of Hope, where I conduct treatment planning, case management, residential groups, intake processes, drug testing, and consumer progress documentation in AWARDS.

I coordinate residential schedules, staff coverage, inventory, medication logs, census records, and collaboration with treatment teams, healthcare providers, legal representatives, and community agencies. I also created a residential program logo, handbook, intake forms, and process materials to strengthen operations and admissions.

Previously, as a Certified Peer Specialist at Oasis Empowerment Center, I helped consumers achieve treatment goals, navigate resources, participate in outpatient groups, and maintain safety and documentation standards.
