I've managed front-of-house and restaurant operations at Oyatsupan Bakers and Crust Pizzeria Osteria, building staff schedules, ordering supplies, training new hires, and keeping daily service organized.

At Crust Pizzeria Osteria, I assist guests, train staff on wine, food, and liquor, support the kitchen line when needed, and lead quarterly staff meetings. I focus on keeping operations running smoothly while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

My hospitality background also includes serving and bartending at Din Tai Fung, where I trained waiters, guided guests through menu selections and wine pairings, and ensured guest satisfaction throughout each meal.

Earlier roles in event support, retail, automotive service, and computer technology strengthened my customer service, project management, problem-solving, communication, and deadline-driven work style.
