What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ABA-focused role where I can use my early childhood background to deliver consistent, data-driven support for children with ASD—using positive reinforcement, careful observation, and strong family partnership.

I’m an energetic, dedicated Lead Teacher and Early Childhood Professional with extensive experience managing classroom environments, implementing structured developmental schedules, and partnering with families to support child progress. I’m especially skilled at managing challenging behaviors with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement.

At KIDS ‘KADEMY, INC. (Janurary, 2021 – Present), I manage a dynamic toddler classroom and keep a safe, nurturing, highly structured daily routine. I implement behavioral guidance strategies like positive reinforcement, redirection, and emotional regulation to de-escalate challenging behaviors, and I develop and execute daily lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.

I also observe and document individual child milestones and behavioral shifts, and I maintain open, professional communication with parents and guardians about behavioral updates, developmental progress, and individualized goals. I’m transitioning into the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field as an entry-level Behavior Technician, eager to deliver high-quality, data-driven support for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through ABA Centers’ comprehensive training academy.
