I am looking for a role that allows me to nurture children's development in a supportive environment, where I can utilize my skills in education and management to make a positive impact.

I am a passionate and dedicated childcare professional with a strong background in early childhood education and management. My journey began as a preschool teacher, where I quickly advanced to the role of Preschool Director, overseeing a team of staff and managing the care of 50 children. I pride myself on my organizational skills and my ability to multitask effectively, ensuring that every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

In my current role as a Registered Behavior Technician, I work closely with children to implement their Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), focusing on their individual targets and skill development. I am committed to collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make informed decisions that benefit my students. My experience in various educational settings has equipped me with the skills necessary to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
