What I'm looking for

I am seeking an early childhood or behavior-support role where I can create stimulating, safe learning environments, collaborate with families, and apply RBT and teaching skills to support children’s growth.

I am a caring early childhood educator with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and hands-on experience as a Lead Teacher, Preschool Teacher Assistant, and ABA Therapist. I create stimulating, safe classrooms, use positive reinforcement, and work one-on-one to support children's social, emotional, and academic development.

I have a track record organizing activities, involving families, and maintaining classroom safety while using data collection and targeted interventions to boost learning outcomes. I hold certifications including Child Development Associate, First Aid, CPR, Teaching Certification, and I am completing a 40 Hour RBT Course to deepen my behavior support skills.
