What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a lead or classroom teaching role in a supportive early childhood setting to apply lesson planning, behavior management, and family communication, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

I am a lead early childhood teacher with four years of classroom experience, responsible for lesson planning, executing daily routines, and supervising the health, safety, and education of 20+ children. I write incident and behavior reports, prepare report cards, and communicate effectively with families while maintaining a clean, organized classroom.
