I’m a passionate therapist and teacher who supports clients with diverse needs through evidence-based behavior analytic strategies, including shaping, chaining, and functional communication training. I’m especially effective at reducing maladaptive behaviors while promoting independence in daily living skills and strengthening social interactions across home, school, and community settings.

In my current role as Teacher at Mainspring Academy, I deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. I implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support skill acquisition, facilitate functional communication, and maintain a structured environment using visual schedules, reinforcement systems, and behavior supports. I also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to ongoing assessments, IEP meetings, and progress reports.

Previously, as a Lead Behavior Therapist with GreatStrides Rehabilitation/Pediatric Behavioral Services, I designed and implemented individualized BIPs, conducted FBAs, and delivered direct ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in clinical and school settings. I tracked and analyzed behavior data (including ABC charts, frequency counts, and interval recording), supported families through parent coaching and caregiver training, and worked closely with BCBAs, teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
