What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue supporting students through IEP-aligned academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions, partnering closely with educators and families to foster independence, progress, and a positive, inclusive learning environment.

I’m a dedicated education professional with experience supporting students in special education and early childhood settings. I provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to diverse learners while creating inclusive, engaging classrooms aligned with each child’s needs.

Most recently, I’ve served as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Johnson Elementary School, supporting students receiving special education services and helping them reach IEP goals through academic and behavioral interventions. Earlier, I led weekly social skills groups and implemented Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies as a Senior Behavior Technician, and I also oversaw infant care and development as a Lead Teacher—backed by strong family communication and collaboration with educators and specialists.
