What I'm looking for
I’m a customer support specialist who’s passionate about going the extra mile to make sure every client feels heard, helped, and satisfied. I bring “excellent communication skills” and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every conversation.
Most recently, as a VIP Manager in NDA(iGaming), I delivered multichannel customer service and account management for VIP clients via email, live chat, and phone—plus personal contact to build real rapport. I focused on maximizing satisfaction and loyalty through SLA compliance and Zendesk service follow-ups, while also checking vendor usage/engagement.
Before that, I worked as a chat agent for BOOKAWAY and PAINT YOUR LIFE, helping customers with bookings, ordering, and complaints. I checked details, compared options, coordinated internally with Logistics, and used Admin and Zendesk to make sure the chat ended with trust and confidence.
I’ve also strengthened my service instincts in fast-paced environments as a Game Presenter for EVOLUTION GAMING and as a Hotel Administrator. I consistently kept an upbeat, supportive attitude while multitasking, and I built strong relationships by communicating clearly and delivering a thoughtful, empathetic experience.
