My experience includes English-speaking representation and multiple customer service roles, where I handled customer interaction end-to-end—understanding spoken English, responding helpfully, and maintaining clear records of conversations and requests. Alongside my work, I’m developing a strong professional foundation through my studies in Architecture at the Tbilisi state academy of arts, which sharpened my creativity and attention to detail.
