I’m a dedicated customer service professional with 2+ years of hands-on experience handling high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. I’m known for turning frustrated customers into loyal ones through calm, clear, and solution-focused communication, staying highly organised and detail-oriented even in fast-paced remote environments.

In my current role as a Customer Service Representative (Remote), I resolve complaints and disputes end-to-end, process orders, returns, and account updates accurately in CRM platforms, and keep records clean and audit-ready. I also flag recurring issues to team leads to support process improvements, and adapt my tone and communication style to diverse customer profiles.
