I'm looking for full-time remote work, am immediately available, and am comfortable working across international time zones.

At Helmes AS, I partnered with hiring managers on technology, engineering, product, business and leadership searches across European and international markets. I sourced active and passive candidates, conducted initial interviews, and supported hiring decisions through the offer stage.

I implemented Greenhouse for the Helmes HR team, setting up recruitment workflows, pipeline management, reporting and a central candidate database. I also introduced structured workflows and selected automation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.

Personalised outreach achieved an average 50–65% response rate, and approximately 40–45% of contacted prospects became active candidates. I tracked recruitment results and used the data to refine targeting, messages and follow-ups.

Earlier, I worked on international searches at Creditstar Group AS and sourced engineering talent as a freelancer for a technology client. At Hotel TAJ JLT and Hotel Crowne Plaza, I supported recruitment across business functions and handled related people operations.
