I am a journalism graduate from the University of Bucharest with practical experience in media and customer service. My background includes internships at News.ro and Bucuresti FM where I contributed to article writing and learned newsroom workflows.

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, gaining hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Office 365 and client-facing communication across short-term roles. These positions strengthened my written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
