I'm looking for AI language-specialist work where I can evaluate and improve Amharic text for grammatical accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural nuance while working independently, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly.

I've built more than two decades of experience solving technical issues, supporting clients, and managing operations in Addis Ababa. As a native Amharic speaker with professional English fluency, I communicate clearly across both languages.

At M Three Computer Technology, I ran a small IT business end-to-end, managing customer relationships, sales, marketing, service delivery, and cash flow. I worked with clients daily in Amharic and English, resolving needs accurately and sustaining long-term relationships through reliable follow-through.

Previously at Jupiter Trading, I delivered technical support and training to government organizations, embassies, and NGOs. I diagnosed software, hardware, and network issues and adapted explanations for technical and non-technical audiences.
