Through project-based and freelance work, I annotate and label text and language datasets for AI and machine-learning projects. I follow project-specific guidelines and review annotations for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
I also transcribe Amharic audio, with attention to spelling, context, and accuracy. I validate and categorize data and perform quality checks to support accurate, complete training data.
At Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, where I currently provide technical IT support, I troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues. I also maintain technical records and prepare operational reports using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
