What I'm looking for

I’m looking for fully remote Customer Success and operations roles where I can manage programs and projects, improve processes, and support client outcomes through strong stakeholder communication, compliance, quality assurance, and data-driven reporting.

I’m a results-driven Operations, Program Management, and Client Success professional with 6+ years of experience leading teams, managing complex workflows, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. I’m known for improving processes, onboarding and training employees, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I lead operations across multiple residential programs to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with organizational standards. I supervise and coach multidisciplinary teams, coordinate admissions, onboarding, program implementation, and discharge planning, and manage documentation systems, quality assurance reviews, and reporting requirements.

In earlier roles as a Client Care Coordinator, I managed client relationships, coordinated services, and maintained detailed records to track outcomes and support operational and administrative functions. I partnered with internal and external stakeholders to improve client satisfaction and service quality while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

I bring a Master’s degree in Psychology and a strong foundation in leadership, communication, customer relations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m pursuing fully remote opportunities where I can combine client-first service with operational excellence, clear communication, and data-informed decision-making.
