I am an experienced hospitality and operations professional who is transitioning into project management, bringing a strong background in coordinating teams, improving processes, managing operational initiatives, and supporting renovation and capital improvement projects.

Throughout my career, I have progressed through roles focused on quality assurance, operations, engineering coordination, and project support. In my recent roles, I have worked cross-functionally with departments and leadership to coordinate projects, address operational challenges, monitor performance, maintain compliance with company standards, and improve the overall customer and employee experience. I have also supported renovation and capital improvement initiatives, helping coordinate communication and execution between operations, engineering, and other stakeholders.

A key strength I bring to project management is the ability to take a complex operational need, organize the work, communicate expectations, track progress, and help teams stay focused on the desired outcome. I enjoy identifying inefficiencies, developing practical solutions, creating processes and tracking systems, and using data and feedback to measure results. My experience with tools such as Excel, Medallia, Amadeus, and other operational systems has strengthened my ability to manage information, monitor performance, and make informed decisions.

I am currently focused on building a long-term career in project management and expanding my knowledge through formal project management training and CAPM preparation. I am particularly interested in Project Coordinator, Project Manager, IT Project Management, PMO, Operations Project Management, and Capital Projects opportunities where I can combine my hands-on operational experience with project management principles.

I am especially interested in organizations that value collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development. I am motivated by opportunities where I can learn, take ownership of projects, work with diverse teams, and contribute to meaningful improvements. My goal is to grow into a well-rounded project management professional while bringing the organization a strong work ethic, adaptability, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of how projects impact day-to-day operations.
