I am an experienced PMO Project Lead with a strong track record delivering global HR portfolios, programs, and large-scale change initiatives. I lead end-to-end project delivery, design reporting frameworks and templates, manage stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level, and drive risk mitigation and governance to ensure projects meet scope, timeline and success criteria.
