What I'm looking for

I am seeking mid-level roles in project coordination, business analysis, or operations where I can use MS Project and Jira to improve processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow toward PMP certification in a client-focused environment.

I am a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in project coordination, business analysis, and operations management. I improved project execution through effective documentation and cross-functional team alignment and drove measurable improvements in delivery.

I have executed end-to-end UAT for WMAP Gen 6 and the Refractor Toolset, created and escalated detailed defect reports in JIRA, and monitored timesheet submissions for ~150 team members using SAP Fieldglass. I also manage operational budgets, track expenses, reconcile vendor invoices, and coordinate vendors to expand group booking opportunities and improve cost control.
