At Aetna and CVS Health, I managed enterprise contract governance and vendor management across HR, benefits, executive compensation, technology, privacy, marketing, and M&A initiatives. I executed more than 200 strategic and transactional contracts annually, ranging from $0 to $6M.

I led contract onboarding, renewals, terminations, SLA reviews, supplier health assessments, RFP/RFI efforts, payment authorization, and risk mitigation using Ariba, Oracle, and internal procurement systems. I also designed a contract management database used by the HR Vendor Management team to track financials and report key metrics to enterprise leaders.

At Spectra Integration, I supported SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance through audit-control documentation, evidence coordination, control tracking, vendor validation, and employee training. I created and delivered HIPAA training content, supported federal handbook updates, and coordinated website projects with marketing and copywriting teams.

My background also includes full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits sales, account management, property management, and restaurant operations. I bring a collaborative, people-centered approach to connecting vendors, stakeholders, compliance requirements, and operational goals.
