I’m a self-driven, results-oriented Global Senior Vendor Management Specialist with 15+ years in IT vendor governance, service and supplier risk management, project execution, and compliance. As a Third Party Risk Management Team Lead, I oversee assessment quality, SLA adherence, escalations, and weekly/monthly governance reporting across global suppliers.
At Willis Towers Watson, I designed and implemented a manual risk assessment process and supported migration to the Riskonnect platform as interim admin.
