I am a results-driven project manager with a background in international trade, customer experience (UX), and logistics coordination. I combine market research, scrum-based collaboration, and strategic planning to improve product and client outcomes.

At TribuCO I led consulting projects and used user insights to shape B2B marketplace strategies, collaborating across functions to enhance product experience. Previously, I managed accounts and logistics operations at CH Robinson, optimizing routes, pricing, and cross-border documentation.

My experience includes events and data management during an internship at Seguros Monterrey New York Life, and leadership in AIESEC where I forged startup alliances and managed international internship experiences. I maintain strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Zoho) and a focus on user satisfaction.

Outside of work, I design and curate tailor-made travel experiences in Mexico, applying cultural awareness and destination expertise to create immersive itineraries. I bring negotiation, client-relations, and multilingual communication to every role.
