I'm seeking a remote Customer Success or Customer Retention role, drawing on 20 years leading teams in high-pressure hospitality. I'm skilled at de-escalating tense situations and finding resolutions that work for everyone. I'm also open to Operations Manager or administrative roles, having managed staff, scheduling, and business operations directly.

At Four Mile Plumbing, I prepare commercial bid proposals and change orders, and support daily business and financial operations in QuickBooks. I manage employee licensing documentation, research multi-state compliance pathways, and keep PDF-heavy workflows organized across warranty documents, lien waivers, W-9s, and licensing filings, along with collections follow-up and vendor and client communications.

Across 20 years in Denver's bar and nightlife industry, I've led high-volume teams, managing scheduling, inventory, cost tracking, P&L operations, vendor relationships, events, and liquor-license compliance. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, de-escalate tense situations, and keep things running smoothly, skills I now bring to remote administrative and customer-focused work.
