Data-driven Operations Performance Analyst turning operational data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations Performance Analyst at The Walt Disney Company, where I execute world-class service while using operational data to drive continuous improvement. I maintain inventory and documentation across 6 domestic theme parks to identify and measure key performance indicators that increase efficiency.
I analyze operational data and document actionable insights that support industrial engineering and executive decision making. I also manage operational status changes to keep guest-facing information accurate and adjust inventory in response to operational demands to optimize capacity and improve the guest experience.
Before stepping into performance analysis, I supervised operations for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, representing the Walt Disney Company through guest interactions and exceptional communication. I ensured service, safety, and show standards for more than 20,000 guests and 400 Cast Members daily, and I helped develop training strategies that increased guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
I’m also energized by culture and learning—at Disney, I supported the foundation of a Diversity and Inclusion Team through monthly bulletins, bi-monthly educational seminars, and curated events. Earlier roles as a Guest Services Agent and Events Coordinator/Assistant Manager strengthened my ability to collaborate across teams, coordinate logistics, and deliver seamless guest experiences end-to-end.
