What I'm looking for
I’m a collaborative Guest Experience Manager with 10+ years of experience leading team efforts, creating revenue-driving opportunities, and building professional relationships. I’m effective at managing big-picture business goals while staying detail-oriented and efficient across project and time management.
In my current role, I lead the Food & Beverage & Activities teams, manage labor, and create weekly schedules for multiple departments. I also lead and develop the Intern program, support budgeting and cost analysis for retail and food & beverage outlets, and ensure standards and procedures stay consistent through hands-on leadership.
Earlier in my career at The Walt Disney Company (Disneyland Resort), I served as a Retail Supervisor across Front of House and Back of House, and as a Resort Special Events Supervisor. I supported opening teams for Disneyland and major attractions, managed immersive guest experiences, and led effective labor management for shifts with teams ranging from 5 to 50 employees; for retail locations I created labor schedules for upwards of 19 retail locations with teams up to 300 cast members a day. I bring strong organization, inventory control, menu development, event programming and planning, online activity reservation systems, SOP development, and clear communication through daily stand-ups and team meetings.
