I’m an Operations Analyst with a focus on turning complex, confidential datasets into trusted, actionable insights. In my current role with the Florida Department of Environment Protection, I analyze, cleanse, and reconcile operational records to support data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

I design and implement workflows to digitize and modernize historical documentation in accordance with Florida Statutes, improving data accessibility and record management. I also develop reports and interactive dashboards that monitor key operational metrics, identify data gaps, and strengthen informed decision-making.

Before this, I supported data-driven hiring outcomes as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PeopleScout, where I built and maintained ATS dashboards and collected, cleaned, and analyzed large volumes of confidential recruitment data. I designed and automated monthly analytics reports and visualizations so leadership could track performance, hiring trends, and key operational indicators.

I began building my data-and-research foundation as an Instructor in the University of Central Florida Department of Criminal Justice, leading end-to-end data analysis projects and teaching statistics, data analysis, and research methodology. I continue to contribute to applied research through publications, including work on domestic violence court proceedings and socio-demographic factors and case dispositions.
