What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business development, treasury, institutional FX, or cross-border payments initiatives in LATAM, combining client relationships, compliant execution, team development, and market-driven commercial growth.

I've managed institutional FX and treasury operations at Divisas San Jorge, handling USD 1M–3M in weekly corporate flows with zero settlement failures. I coordinated US wire settlements with Dolarex and European SWIFT MT103 receipts with Maccorp Exact Change, supporting compliant cross-border payments for import/export clients.

At Vantage Markets, I led a LATAM CR account-management team through KPI coaching, platform training, client conversion, retention, and educational events. Previously at Libertex Group, I connected Product, Commercial, Business Development, and Education teams to make brokerage products and market conditions actionable for LATAM traders.

I've also built CursoTrader into a 2,000+ member Spanish-speaking trading community, delivering live market analysis, structured education, and one-to-one coaching on risk management and execution.
