I’m seeking a remote role in customer support, chat support, or claims processing—where I can handle high-volume inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and maintain strong customer satisfaction through accurate documentation and clear communication.

I bring 5+ years of experience in service management, automotive support, and customer relations, with a focus on delivering strong client satisfaction. I’m at my best handling high-volume customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and keeping communication clear and professional.

In my current role, I manage daily operations and the customer service workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. I assist customers with service recommendations, pricing, and issue resolution, handling 30+ customer interactions daily while maintaining high satisfaction.

I also manage accurate documentation and operations details—processing transactions, service orders, and paperwork precisely. I’ve trained and supported team members to improve efficiency and service quality, strengthening both speed and consistency.
