What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join your crypto operations team, learn the financial/trading workflow quickly, and own records, payments, and clear customer/stakeholder follow-up while improving processes—preferably in a remote setup with well-defined procedures.

I’m a practical operations, customer service, and data-minded person with a strong interest in trading, finance, crypto, records, systems, and process improvement. While I don’t have direct crypto operations experience, I’m positioning this as a long-shot transfer from business operations, admin, systems, and personal interest in markets.

As Director / Operations and Administration at ShContainers Ltd, I run the practical and administrative side of a small business—handling client enquiries, supplier contact, contractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, records, and day-to-day follow-up. I manage payroll and contractor payments, use Excel for structured information and data checking, and have built simple web/app tools and forms (with basic Python automation interest) to reduce manual work and improve reporting.
