I am a cloud and AI engineer who architects scalable, AI-enabled solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code, Python data workflows, and customer-facing solution engineering. I founded ShelfCoach, a provisionally patented retail intelligence platform using AWS Rekognition and Firebase, achieving 90%+ image identification accuracy and reducing manual data entry by 70% while documenting architecture and cost-of-ownership models.

I have proven pre-sales and post-sales experience: building demo environments quickly, authoring runbooks and KBs, coordinating cross-functional teams during incidents, and improving product messaging for non-technical users.
