I'm looking to transition into customer success and email management, where I can apply my cross-border coordination, client communication, escalation resolution, and end-to-end ownership of customer issues.

At Travel Specialist And Beyond, I manage high-volume B2B travel-agent email inquiries, coordinate bookings and safari logistics, and resolve client disruptions within a one-hour response window.
