What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, reservations, communications, or digital media role where I can deliver quality service, use CRM and documentation skills, support teams, and contribute to clear customer communication.

I've managed high-volume customer communication and travel reservations at Travel Pass Group (Solvo), handling ticketing, itinerary planning, booking modifications, and accurate reservation records.

At CCI Kenya, I resolved customer inquiries, escalations, refunds, and service requests while documenting cases in CRM systems. As Team Captain, I coached junior agents, monitored performance, and supported quality standards and follow-ups.

Alongside customer service, I develop written and digital communication content for diverse audiences. I've also created photography, video, and written content for clients, supporting brand promotion and audience engagement.

During my internship at Deutsche Welle, I supported research, filming, editing, and multimedia production using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. I bring fluent English and Kiswahili communication, strong documentation, and a detail-oriented customer focus.
