At AutoNation, I own the roadmap and backlog for dealership technology powering digital retail and store operations across 300+ locations. I define requirements, internal admin capabilities, KPIs, and analytics-driven priorities across sales, service, and finance workflows.
I lead engineers, designers, and QA through discovery, sprint planning, and release, navigating technical tradeoffs and cross-team dependencies at scale. I use GA4 and Amplitude to measure feature impact across hundreds of stores.
Previously, I founded Laundr and led product strategy and technical architecture for its SaaS platform, supporting 5,000 users, 100 commercial clients, and 24 partnered businesses. I owned backend services and operational tooling and drove Uber and DoorDash API integrations to automate delivery operations.
