What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my IT operations, access management, security support, and business process experience in a role where I can improve reliable day-to-day systems, documentation, governance, and user support while continuing to develop in management information systems.

I've supported IT operations, technical troubleshooting, user access management, and security initiatives for more than five years. At RH Security Limited, I managed accounts and permissions for approximately 50 employees, resolved an average of 12 technical issues weekly, and delivered security awareness training to 20 administrative staff.

Previously at Yubdi Consult, I installed and maintained workplace hardware and software while resolving more than 30 support requests per week with an estimated 95% first-contact resolution rate. I also strengthened support documentation to make recurring troubleshooting more consistent.

I'm currently pursuing an MSc in Management Information Systems at Universität Bremen. On an Airbus industry project, I served as Deputy Team Lead, helping a six-person team develop portfolio prioritisation, funding rules, and governance controls for transparent decision-making.
