At Ansys Germany GmbH, I deliver end-user IT support across EMEA for Windows 11 and macOS environments. I manage device lifecycles with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot, including procurement, provisioning, and deployment.
I also administer Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS, and manage end-user hardware and CMDB asset records. My earlier EMEA desktop support work at Syneos Health and Juniper Networks included a Windows 7 rollout and administration of Microsoft Exchange Server and Active Directory.
