Led Agile delivery across two data-focused teams, coaching Scrum practices and supporting continuous improvement. Built automated Power BI dashboards for team performance and analyzed Jira delivery data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Supported Agile delivery across multiple technology teams while driving reporting automation and data-informed process improvements. Facilitated Scrum ceremonies and replaced manual Jira reporting with automated Power BI dashboards to improve visibility and reporting consistency across teams.

Built Looker Studio dashboards, developed a data dictionary during migration to Google Cloud Platform, and performed SQL-based extraction, validation, and testing for reporting.

Promoted from Junior Data Analyst to a Data Engineer role, expanding responsibilities to cloud migration, data ingestion, testing, and validation. Supported migration from Excel (CSV) sources to Google Cloud Platform and wrote SQL to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting and migration initiatives.
