I am a data engineer and former product lead who builds reliable, scalable, and insight-driven data systems using Databricks, dbt, and Azure Cloud. I translate complex requirements into measurable business impact and lead cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
At the Provincial Health Data Centre I built ETL for a 400,000-patient diabetic cohort, implemented dbt for modular SQL and testing, and introduced dimensional models that doubled stored-procedure performance. I also created Power BI reports to measure intervention impact.
As a consultant I migrated financial-reporting pipelines to Databricks, improved cost and maintainability, and upskilled client engineers on git-based workflows for Databricks and Power BI. I monitor and debug Databricks, Fivetran, and ADF pipelines to improve reliability and reduce reruns.
