What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can keep systems running with fast ticket response, hands-on troubleshooting, and clear onboarding, while supporting STEM projects and sharing engineering knowledge with others.

I’m an IT Specialist who helps teams stay productive by managing and responding to technical support tickets with a goal of minimal downtime. I maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and local networking issues, and I provide high-quality technical assistance and onboarding support for company staff.

Alongside IT work, I bring an engineering and education mindset through robotics and STEM outreach. As a Frontline Church volunteer, I also coordinated logistics and distribution of food and essential supplies—an experience that strengthened my organization and communication. I’m certified as an Autodesk Fusion user, trained in SolidWorks, and comfortable using Python and HTML, with AFS Global STEM credentials and fluency in German.
