I am a digital content specialist with a strong background in compliance, sales, and customer care. During my time at HSBC, I worked as a Sanctions Assistant Specialist, where I gained valuable experience in internal systems and regulations, as well as financial crime. I then moved on to Zora Dental Laboratories, where I co-founded the company and took on the role of Marketing and Sales. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in market research, customer acquisition, and brand management.

Afterwards, I joined Apple as a Customer Care Senior Specialist, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills while providing exceptional service to customers. Currently, I am pursuing my education at Bogazici University, studying International Trade. I am also working as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Yenmak Makina, where I have gained valuable experience in managing sales teams and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong skill set in digital content management, using various CMS tools such as SONY Pimcore, AEM, Crownpeak, and WordPress. I am proficient in HTML and CSS, allowing me to create engaging and visually appealing content. Additionally, I have experience with CRM tools like Eloqua and ticketing tools like Jira and Shimano. I am also familiar with social media tools like Hootsuite and have a basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
