With three years of experience in technical support at the Gauteng Department of Health and ICTGlobe, I have developed both practical and theoretical knowledge in computer hardware, software, and networks. My qualifications include a Technical Support NQF 4 certificate, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, and AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and I am currently pursuing AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator.
