In my current role as Senior Inside Sales Support and Deployment Specialist, I enable sales teams to position Dell Technologies Services, identify complex customer needs, and translate solutions into measurable business value. I strengthen service-selling processes across offline, online, and retail channels while coordinating senior internal and external stakeholders.

Previously, I coached sales teams, grew services revenue and margin through strategic action plans, and improved performance through weekly reporting and targeted interventions. As an account manager for Nordic distributors, Swiss resellers, mid-market customers, and small businesses, I generated growth through consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partner relationships.

I'm PMP-certified and bring commercial awareness, stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and customer-focused delivery to project management opportunities. I work fluently in Arabic, French, and English.
